The Trust Board of Directors takes the views of students, parents and the public very seriously and recognises that there can be times when things go wrong.
A procedure for dealing with suggestions for improvement and complaints can be found below. This procedure provides for complaints to be managed within schools, except where the schools and governing body processes have been exhausted and the complainant remains dissatisfied. In these circumstances, the complaint is referred on to an independent panel who will review the handling of the complaint.
Occasionally, schools can find themselves the subject of vexatious complaints. The procedure explaining how we will deal with these rare instances is also provided below.
