Conflict of Interest
Directors are required to declare their business interests formally, annually in writing. The outcome of the most recent round of declarations is below.
In addition, at the start of every Directors' meeting, Directors are invited to declare any new business interests and also whether or not their declared interests have any relevance in the context of the agenda items up for discussion. In the event that this was the case, there are procedures in place to ensure that that Director would withdraw from the meeting at the relevant point in order to ensure that no conflict of interest existed.
